Lions Below Eclipse
Paper, deceptively durable.

It's had several thousand years to prove itself as the medium capable of preserving human culture and history. Ancient Egyptian texts and many of the Dead Sea scrolls were written on papyrus, an early form of paper, and exist to this day.

More importantly, the surface of paper doesn't rely on a technology to read what is on it.

The unchanging nature of platinum and palladium along with paper's enduring simplicity combine to create a photographic object with historical signifigance and archeological implications.
